Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13. This Site is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then you are not permitted to use this Site. By accessing and using Fallen Princess (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") content and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by Ambition Co. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below (hereinafter referred to as these "Terms").

In order to use the Application, you will need to go through the registration process.

You are only able to use the Application on the corresponding device that you used to download it. Any use of the Application for purposes and functions other than intended (reproduction, modification, accumulation etc.) is prohibited.

It is forbidden to sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, modify, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any part of or the whole Application without the Company's permission.

Downloading the Application over a cellular network will incur data fees.

The Company, including associated third parties, reserve all rights and ownership of the Application.

Any information, including information that may affect copyright laws, that you have written in the Application (hereinafter referred to as the "written information") will be attributed to the Company with the right to duplicate, reproduce, modify and remove without any prior notice. However, the Company does not carry a responsibility for monitoring, removing or modifying the written information.

You agree not to perform any actions that may be considered as harassment, including threatening or abusive behavior, towards the Company or any third parties.

You agree not to transfer or assign any rights or obligations related to these Terms to a third party.

The Company has a right to revise, add, modify or abolish any information or data in these Terms or the Application without prior notice.

The Service includes a fee-based service. Payment methods may differ per service. You acknowledge that the Company can stop your usage of the Service if you violate the Terms and Conditions or fail to complete invoiced payments.

You agree that items purchased with real money will disappear upon deleting the application.

The Company can revoke your access to the Service or cancel these Terms without any notification if you refuse to make required payments or violate these Terms in any other way.

You agree that if your access to the Service or its part is revoked by the company, you will not demand any paybacks for charged fees and will not demand any reparations by yourself or through a third party.

The Company may entrust the management of the Application or its parts to a third party without any prior notification.

Using the Application on a cellular network will incur data fees. If you are using a prepaid service, you will need to pay for the sent and received data.

You will use a sense of responsibility and judgment in relation to integrity, accuracy, validity, usefulness of the information provided or gained through the use of the Application, as well as usefulness and your aim towards the intended use of the Application.

There is no guarantee that all of the information, as well as the data of items etc., provided by the Application will be provided permanently.

The Company can revoke your access to the Application or its part without a prior notice for the reasons provided below.

  • Periodic or emergency maintenance of equipment, communication lines, systems etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "System") required for providing access to the application.
  • In case of a malfunction, fire, electricity outage, natural disaster, unforeseen accidents or other emergency situations that would make providing the Service impossible.
  • The Company decides that suspension of the Application is required for management or technical reasons.
  • Distribution of the Application would be deemed impossible due to legal actions.
  • The Company decides that the suspension of the Application is required for other reasons.

You agree to take responsibility for using the Application in favorable communication conditions required for the proper operation of the application.

You agree to consult and resolve any issues caused by not being able to connect to a third party's content server using the Application or damage caused to the Application or the device by connecting to third party's content server with the appropriate third party.

On noticing a third party who acts in violation with the Terms, or a third party whose actions are causing you problems (such as harassment, stalking, or threatening), you agree to report it to the Company as soon as possible.

The Company has the right to provide the customers with the following information.

  • Application Use Confirmation.
  • Information regarding the Customer's Application utilization and usage.
  • Information regarding maintenance.

The Company has the right to provide the third party with the Customer's information in the following cases.

  • With the Customer's prior consent.
  • If requested by law.
  • In case of violation of the Terms.
  • In case of a Customer failing to complete agreed payments.

If one of the following cases should apply to a Customer, the Company has the right to terminate any contracts, even during the contract period.

  • In case of inaccurate or falsified registration information.
  • In case of the Customer causing serious damage to the Application, or if the Company believes such an occurrence is possible.
  • In case of information released by the Customer inside the Application violating the Terms.
  • In case of the Customer violating any of the Terms.

As the bearer of responsibility for the Customer's private information, we will not release informations such as User ID, Password, or any other information that may identify an individual, to any third parties. You agree that in case of your account being used by a third party, their actions will be regarded as your own. However, this will not apply in cases where, due to the Company's mistake or by accident, the account or any personal information has been used for improper purposes by a third party.

If it is discovered that you have performed one of the following actions while using the Application, your access to the Service will be revoked. In addition, the relevant authorities will be informed.

  • Posting the following improper content falsified informations.

    (1)Links to outside websites or information leading to them.

    (2)Your personal information, other Customers' personal information, or any third party's personal information, for example a telephone number, address, email address, etc.

    (3)Indecent language, promotion of prostitution, information which is considered obscene, sexually suggestive, oppressive, or has a negative influence on children and young people.

    (4)Criminal or antisocial actions, or provocation of such actions.

    (5)Other content considered against public morals.

    (6)Information about stock prices or betting tickets.

    (7)Content promoting cash loans.

    (8)Content with the intention of offline meetings, sexual intercourse, drinking parties or any other in-person meetings.

    (9)Other information or content judged as improper by the Company from the viewpoint of the Application's management.

  • Actions requesting a mediation due to any troubles that occur outside of the Application.
  • Actions promoting or advertising religious propaganda, activity encouraging sales, influencing elections, or any actions similar to the aforesaid, as well as any commercial business activities, or any actions with aforesaid intentions.
  • Actions that are possibly damaging to the Company, such as falsifying data, unauthorized access, decoding other Customers' User IDs and Passwords, or abusing program bugs.
  • Defamation and actions regarded as slandering other Customers or other third parties, or violations of personal rights such as privacy, law of personal portrayal, copyright, trademark signs, property, etc.
  • Threatening the administration, using abusive language, posting content against public order and morals, or any actions hindering the administration, such sending or publishing false content.

You will resolve conflicts and damages with third parties at your own expense and responsibility, and the Company will not accept requests to act as a mediator.

In case of losses to the Company caused by your actions, or in case of the Company receiving claims from third parties due to your actions, you will be charged with the compensation of damages by the Company and will have to pay to the Company the requested amount.

If you have suffered any harm as a result of the Application's use, or for any reason for which the Company is responsible, the Company will compensate to a specified amount. However, this will not apply in case of losses caused by gross negligence.

If any disputes arise between the Customers, we will do our best to resolve the them. However in cases where a solution cannot be found, we will have to address the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court with the dispute.
